iCreating's low voltage wire connectors work fine during and after heavy rain, thunderstorms, snow, and ice storms, but they should not be used underwater. These landscape light connectors also perform well when buried in the dirt. If you're still concerned about their waterproof ability, simply apply a dab of liquid tape to both ends, which will keep any moisture out of the connector.

These low voltage wire connectors are perfect for 14, 16, 18, and 20-gauge wires of low voltage landscape lights, and they're great for 12 and 14-gauge power cords. They work with both stranded and solid wires, and are widely used for low voltage landscape spotlights, path lights, well lights, and deck lights.

The screw-tight design of iCreating's connectors means there's no need to strip the power wire, as the connector will pierce the insulation and hold the wire in place. Make sure there's enough wire exposed (1/4") for the light fixture, so it can be wrapped around the internal post of the connector and held tight as you screw the small cap on.
